Have you decided already dropped a big change in your life, a change that you feel are totally committed to do to find after a few weeks, perhaps days or hours, all good intentions, and you're back where you were?
Perhaps you have decided on a new year resolution and to stop smoking, limit, or drink, a new fitness program? Maybe you've made a decision to seek new jobs or to write your CV or ask a special person in one day?
Many people had to reach at different times, targets, have been fighting it, or plans that seem somewhat similar. When I ask people what they did back in life, they tell me it is often a lack of confidence or shyness or without "self" or something similar.
So, what can you do if you seem to make the desired changes are simply too overwhelming?
Research conducted at the University of Hertfordshire has shown that keeping a diary can be rewarding to break goals into smaller steps, you contribute to your success and focus on all the plans and objectives.
Another factor is to tell others about these decisions. This is nothing to confirm that the advisors and therapists, who often can do wonders. Let us listen to us talk about what we do and get an audience to discuss our plans and dreams, that is. It is a very effective strategy for change!
But how easy it is to start, our plans or objectives with the people in our lives, especially when confidence seems in short supply?
Consultants and therapists have a unique position. We expect people to consult with us to be a bit sensitive, fixed or lost. So, our professional responsibility to maintain confidentiality may be appropriate for a lift, to give confidence to encourage people to share their stories.
Modern technology and the Internet has gone a step further. Now it is possible to meet with a counselor online at the comfort and privacy. For many people, online advisory simpler and requires less trust than meeting with a counselor or therapist in person. Consultation example Webcam is now much easier because you do not have to park in an office, car or go sit in a waiting room! IM offers a high degree of integrity with the benefit of a written record of the meeting. Just e-mail counseling can leave your own time. Motivation can come and go, so it may be helpful to write, whether it is the highest.
Confidence grows when we are encouraged by what we want and support for believing that change is possible to speak. Online counseling is effective, because no matter how much or how little confidence shyness around, you can do with it. And this is beginning to change.
